Hey I'm Jarvis 25. I am a local investor in the Seattle, Tacoma area of WA. I specialize in flipping and rehabbing. After years in the commission only sales industry I've decided to take the plunge and 2016 is my first year of full time investing and so far have done pretty well. The sky is the limit.
