I have been a real estate investor for over 20 years in several states. I am a full time investor/developer located in Chattanooga TN. I have managed and maintain over 400 properties. I have developed multi-unit as well as multi-use properties in California as well as in Chattanooga. I enjoy real estate and am involved in various factions of the business including private financing, note buying/selling/creating, lease2own, owner financing, flipping both wholesale and retail and long term hold. I associate with a very initiative group of like-minded real estate professionals and consider myself a successful real estate professional too. I used to teach RE101 and developed alot of the core curriculum and was the co-host of a local RE talk show which was a weekly venue on AM1240. I am the former 2014 and 2015 president of the local chattanooga chapter of the Real Estate Investors Association. Now a days, limit my time to mentoring and JV opportunities in the metro Chattanooga Marketplace
