I graduated from Capital University Law School in May of 2021 summa cum laude. After law school, I worked at an AM Law 100 firm practicing in Low Income Housing Tax Credit real estate deals and mergers and acquisitions. As an attorney, I represented private and non-profit companies in corporate transactional matters totaling over $450 million, including mergers, acquisitions, private investments, credit facilities and contract negotiations. I led deals ranging from 500k - 270M. After 2 1/2 years working at an Am Law 100 firm doing real estate and other M&A deals, I bring a unique perspective and skill set for my clients.
