Jason Blakely

I am currently an American expat living in Japan. I grew up in northern Minnesota, moved to Dallas for my job and now find myself in Japan. After reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and many other real estate/finance books, I have begun the journey to increase my financial IQ and to get my money to work for me! I look forward to making new connections with like minded individuals and starting my real estate career. Experience: So far I have only bought and sold a personal residence. While I owned the home, I did a lot of renovations myself which saved me a lot of money and made me a nice profit when I sold the property. So I guess it was an accidental live in flip! I look forward to gaining new experiences soon! Real Estate Goals: I will replace my current W2 income with passive income from real estate and other investments within the next five to ten years. Once I have the experience and knowledge, I would like to help others do the same. Currently Seeking: I am currently and always seeking knowledge and experience. I would love to get started in REI in Japan with a partner/mentor and am looking for people who have done this successfully. I am also looking to invest in the US while in Japan through a turn key provider.
