Currently lookong for single family homes or smaller multi-family properties. I operate a construction and remodeling company. With my background in construction, finding properties that need a good amount of work is ideal - either to flip and profit from or to brrrr and move on to the next one. Looking for properties in southeast Michigan currently. May entertain other areas in the future. Also could be interested in partnering with someone who doesn't have the construction or remodeling knowledge, but can handle other aspects of the deal.
