Our family business has provided housing for tenets for about 20 years. And over the past four years we have work with government program (Section 8) in providing housing for low income families. With myself starting as a little guy of the family to now with this business for 15 years doing general maintenance and renovation work in the past to a few years ago to become a managing assistance. My experience is comprise of long-term buy & hold's with Residential Single & Multifamily homes.
