Hello BP I am a relatively new investor. I started this journey in may of 2016 when a shyster, semi-celebrity fox news personality appeared on my favorite tech podcast to shill his new podcast and turnkey real estate company. He mentioned his appearance on the BP podcast and I was off to the races. Sought out this BP thing that evening and started listening to every show. Read most books that were mentioned, Found every other real estate podcast I could find. Watched every BP Video on You Tube. Picked up my first property or, as Rod Klief would say, my first seminar from the shyster. Went on to buy 5 more turnkey properties over the course of the next 10 months -- from more reputable sources. I currently own those eight rental units(in addition to my home), four in Indianapolis and four in the Memphis area. My current goal is to expand my portfolio with single and small multi-family properties to build passive income.
