Jason Gilmore

Hi, my name is Jason Gilmore, an agent and investor based in Arizona. I discovered BiggerPockets in 2018 through a friend/active Pro member, and it sparked my passion for real estate and investing. Since then, I have obtained my license and left my 9-5 job to pursue my dream of helping others build wealth through real estate. Together with my wife, we hold multiple properties and investments, which include a single-family home for long-term rental, three short-term rentals, four commercial units, and various private note investments. We also own and invest in other ancillary businesses, with plans for future expansion and growth. As an investor, I'm always on the lookout for new opportunities, and I'm interested in multifamily housing investments, as well as other strategies such as BRRRR and lease options that could complement my portfolio. In addition, I co-organize a meetup group called FREEdM in Phoenix East Valley, where like-minded individuals can come together and network.
