Hi there! My name is Jason James, and I'm a seasoned leader in the Beverage Distribution industry with over 20 years of experience under my belt. Currently, I work as a Distributor Partner Manager for Red Bull Energy Drink. In late 2018, I embarked on a journey into real estate investing and have been hooked ever since. I've used a variety of strategies including House Hacking, Buy and Hold, BRRRR, and Multifamily to build my portfolio. Thanks to the valuable resources and community provided by BiggerPockets, I have been able to learn and grow as an investor. As an active member of the REI community, I'm always eager to learn new strategies, share best practices, and connect with like-minded and passionate people. Currently, I'm focused on mid-term rentals and small multifamily properties in the Illinois and St. Louis market.
