Jason Michaud

Hello BP. My name is Jason and I'm a husband and a father of two. I've spent the last 17 years working in medical sales. It has provided a wonderful life for my wife and I. We are debt free and just paid off our mortgage in March of 2015. We are both looking for ways to invest for our retirement to supplement out 401K and IRA's. I have always had an interest in multifamily units, but my wife has been very hesitant. She has now come around and sees her role in property management an area she would excel. I never pushed her as I knew she would come to see this as a great opportunity for us and our children's future financial success. I am looking at learning everything I can from BP and its members. I am loving the BP podcasts, as I cover a large sales territory and I'm in the car most days. As for my professional experience I have extensive knowledge and experience in the sales negotiation process, closing sales, project planning, analytic and conflict resolution. My wife has experience in the banking and lending industry, healthcare sales, project management, people management, business planning and management.
