Jason Matthews

Jason is an experienced Real Estate Investor with 28 years direct experience on large scale projects, encompassing multidisciplinary approach to execution strategies. Concentration is in strategic planning, due diligence, and capital identification/structure for Hospitality focused properties. Jason is a competent presenter and negotiator, and has a great deal of experience in working with engineers, planners, investors, lenders, landman/abstracters, and regulatory agencies. Jason has taken the lead on developing long term partnerships with numerous Real Estate Organizations across the country to provide comprehensive services, including project management, asset management, capital identification, financial analysis, and strategic planning in the State of Florida while possessing a Florida Real Estate License; and as a Kent Clothier Billionaire Boardroom Mastermind Member. Jason Matthews is the former Co-Founder & President of a national construction supply company; and Co-Founded a national Supplier Diversity Consulting Firm that opened its doors February 2001. He oversaw the contract management, operational and financial responsibilities of both of these companies during its participation in national construction projects and corporate/ government agency procurement. Recognizing the necessity for change, he envisioned unlocking larger procurement opportunities for MBE/WBE suppliers, while simultaneously simplifying the procurement process for Global Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies. Jason was previously a member of The University of Pittsburgh Alumni Association Board of Directors and Alumni Council. While on the Board, he created Career Services Night for student-athletes. This program is an annual event that requires mandatory attendance by all student-athletes and exposes student-athletes to career choices. He also teaches Financial Literacy and Real Estate Investment classes in urban neighborhoods.
