I work in real estate and am also an investor/landlord. I also have knowledge in working with contractors, handling/scheduling repairs and over seeing those repairs. Currently working with an investor to do some deals with. Would like to find others to partner with. Interested in everything from fix & flips to buy & holds. I have learned a great deal by being a member of BP. I have been a Pro member for a few years and it has helped me greatly. A big fan of the podcasts, webinars & forums. One thing that I need to focus on is networking. I have learned from the podcast that networking is very important.
