I started in real estate with my first house being a house hack, followed by buying one piece of property with 2 houses on it, then 3 buy and holds about 10 hours away from home. I recently decided the next logical step was to become a Realtor, so I can meet other people in the market and help people find there own investments. I educate myself very thoroughly in the markets I invest in. I might as well use that knowledge to help others! Experience: 5 piece of property total, 3 of which are buy and hold duplexes. Real Estate Goals: 10 houses in the next 6 years. After that I'd like to sell one or two houses a year, and buy one or two more. The plan is to replace under performers with more desirable/profitable properties. Currently Seeking: The next deal, the next partner, the next market!
