Jason Schimer

Im 33 yrs old and i have 2 single family properties that are rented and have solid cash flow. I'm looking to get into the multifamily properties. My full time job is being a teacher but i don't see myself retiring as a teacher. My father taught me well and drilled in the lesson that you have to always work for what you want. In college i worked 95 hours a week with 4 jobs and i also took between 4-6 classes a semester. Im a firm believer in work hard now so you don't have to later.
