Hi All, Thanks for stopping by my profile! I believe and practice Win-Win, work together not against each other, and treat others the way you want to be treated way of life and business. First and most importantly I am a father to two great kids who are the love of my life! Family first! Next, I am interested in buy, holding, fixing, and/or selling real. I solely focus on self-storage properties. I have a BS in Computer Information System and a Masters in Business Administration. I have been in the Information Technology field for 18+ years and have a high technical aptitude. I also have two Green Belts in Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma so I am all about data (clean data), processes, and continuous improvement! If you aren't improving you are going backwards!! I have always been interested in real estate and am now determined to follow my dream!
