Jason Turgeon

My wife and I have day jobs. The baby and dog are slackers. We have 3 rental units. I am a realtor but only use my license occasionally since being a full-time realtor is more work than my day job. I also run art events and make giant useless artwork. My end goal is to trade up our rental units to something with more cash flow so that I can quit the day job and focus on making even more useless art while selling a few more houses for extra cash.
