I'm Jason! I've been on the periphery of real estate investing for awhile, but was unconfident about taking action. Working from home during the pandemic and spending so much more time with my wife and kids made me crave a lifestyle where I could fit work around my life, instead of life around work. We bought our first investment property in 2021 and now I'm absorbing information daily through the BP community and other avenues, analyzing properties, and hunting for the next opportunity.
