I am an investor in the early stages of my investing career. Professionally Im the head of marketing optimization for one of the largest banks in North America, but aspirationally I'll soon be "retired" from the day job and riding a wave of success as a wise real estate investor. My focus is single family cash flow properties, but I am open to multifamily. If your in the Tampa market lets connect! I have much to learn from you if your a seasoned investor thats seen a few market cycles, and I have much to give if you need help with marketing. Im hyper-focused on my "why" and (hint hint) my why doesn't include Mercedes, 8 bedroom homes, and expensive suits (or any suite for that matter). I want to be as present as possible whenever I get married and have kids. That's the nucleus of my "why". I work really hard, I live really lean, and real estate is my ticket to financial independence. My goals: - Aquire 7-10 properties for cash flow [walk away from my career! aka best day of my life] - Start flipping to supplement some cash flow and continue to acquire a few more properties. - Start diversifying my strategy to include some investing for appreciation. I'll have enough properties at this point to shuffle the deck, trade up, play the cycles and shift into the typical coastal markets that get red hot every decade.
