How did I start in REI? They say necessity is the mother of all inventions, my REI journey is no different! While working on a hospital unit as a front liner I lost my housing early on during the covid-19 pandemic. As the threat of not having a place to call home grew, I relied on my self-education in REI I did years prior. My education & the need for housing was combined and I was able to successfully land my first deal which was a house hack. My REI experience: Over the course of two years I have dedicated time to educate myself in REI. In this time, I focused on studying every REI, personal growth/ mindset & business podcast out there. Naturally, I came across BP. My Real Estate Goals: To leverage owner occupied loans to begin my portfolio of 3 triplexes in the Pawtucket/ Providence, RI. My prefer methods are BRRRR along with buying & hold. I'm also actively flipping. Education: Pre-med bachelor’s degree from Springfield College 2019 Portfolio: 12 rental units throughout Rhode Island self managed.
