Looking to invest out of state, and researching on the best place to purchase in Florida, Georgia, and North/South Carolina. I am interested in connecting with sellers, contractors, property management professionals, and other investors. My primary goal and focus is on buy and hold investing using preferably the BRRRR method, but open to other systems depending on the market as well.
