Javier Baeza

I am new to the rental property world but excited to build up my portfolio and knowledge. I have 12 years of HVAC experience and 5 years of residential maintenance management. I currently have a single family rental property but looking into acquiring 1 or 2 more properties every year. I would like to connect with similar minded people to work on projects, share knowledge, stories and have a beer!
