About myself
I have been in Asheville since 2012 and have decided to incorporate buy and hold rentals into my portfolio. I am looking in the Asheville area where I can potentially self-manage my investments but I’m also interested in the Winston-Salem area where I frequently visit family. I’d like to learn more about all things real estate but I am most interested in SFH and MFH with the aim of replacing my current income with passive income. Also, I’d like to connect with other investors in the area.
