My name is Javonn, real estate investor in the Pittsburgh, PA market. I am a buy and hold rental investor. I'm currently house hacking my way into my financial freedom. As well its my entry into real estate investing. I love deal analysis and finding creative funding strategies. My journey began when I received a settlement. Proceeded to ask my father what to do with it. My father whom also invest in rentals in the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia markets, told me to read "RDPD", needless to say changed my mind which changed my life! On January 23, 2020, I wrote down "I will close on my first property by the end of March". My current duplex I'm house hacking was under contract March 21st. Ill take it! Covid came do the biggest rehab to date. Officially closed June 10, 2020. Unit #2 rented out July, 6th. As of 8/16/20, due to house hacking my tenant pays 90% of my PITI for 1 roof/2doors. Building momentum towards financial freedom!
