My business partner and I have been actively looking for properties. We started with looking into turnkey model in various market but end up deciding against it. Now we are focusing on Northwest Indiana where we buy, rehab and rent the SFRs to build our portfolio. We met our goals of year 2016 byacquiring proeprties and now gunning down 2017 goals. Outside the world of BP, I am a full time research associate working in Biotech industry to find cures of complex diseases like Cancer, Heart diseases and Arthritis.
