I have been an entrepreneur since 1992. I was a professional photographer in Raleigh and Wilmington North Carolina I photographed over 500 weddings and events and hundreds of family portrait sessions. In 2009 I became certified in Architectural Photography. I started a real estate photography business called Virtual Tours of Wilmington. I learned a lot about the real estate business by serving local Realtors and businesses in the Wilmington area and I thought it would be a good idea to get my North Carolina Real Estate License in 2015. Real Estate is an exciting industry it is amazing how many people have created a wealth legacy to be able to pass on to family members. The types of deals that are available are almost limitless. I enjoy the fast paced Real Estate industry and I get a lot of pleasure in helping people fulfill their dreams through acquiring real estate and I also enjoy helping people who need to sell real estate. There is always something to learn which is why I am a member of Bigger Pockets. The podcast and the books that Brandon and his staff including this website is a treasure trove of valuable information for anyone who is involved in the Real Estate Industry.
