I've recently quit my role as Chief Design and Construction Officer at a luxury apartment development shop (Kaufman Development) in Columbus OH. I left to pursue my own ground-up development projects and dabble in some single-family flip properties. I'm a former development executive and licensed architect who has an MBA. If I can help you with anything from design problems, finding architects, construction challenges or looking at your proformas I'd be happy to help in anyway that I can.
