I am the Managing Member of JMH Homes, LLC (JMH). We are a Florida state licensed General Contractor, offering full residential contracting services, including building new residential construction from the ground up, and full residential rehab & remodeling. We also buy lots for our own portfolio to build new residential construction homes, as well as purchase residential houses to rehab. Experience: I am a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and have been in the real estate industry since 2008. I started wholesaling homes after being an acquisitions partner for a commercial real estate syndicate in 2007, and have a finance background along with extensive experience in B2B sales. In addition, the CEO of SKJ has been in the property management industry for 20+ years and has a finance background as well. We have rehabbed 120+ properties since 2015. Real Estate Goals: We are seeking to expand our construction and property management services and buy, rehab, flip and build properties throughout the Tampa Bay metropolitan area. Currently Seeking: VACANT LOTS to build single family residential houses.
