I'm new to real estate and looking to learn all I can. I want to start doing deals as soon as possible, but I want to learn how to do this the right way. Any help would be appreciated and if I can help someone, I will. 2021 update: I've, recently, created an LLC for real estate investing with vacant land being a focus right now.
