Currently own 1 duplex and looking to purchase 1 multi-family residential property every 1-2 years. I'm mildly interested in flipping houses, but it would have to be just the right deal for me to get involved. My background is in construction and remodeling and I'm contemplating opening my own business doing handyman and general contracting work.
