About myself
My business partners and I have been actively looking for properties. We started with looking into turnkey model in various market but end up deciding against it. Now we are focusing on Northwest Indiana where we buy, rehab and rent the SFRs to build our portfolio. Outside the world of BP, I am a CPA involved in tax planning and preparation, bookkeeping, audits, payroll, business plans and valuation.
