Flipper/Rehabber
Looking for out of state BRRRR opportunities. Have a couple fix & flip successes under my belt. I aim to move to where the deal takes me and manage the rehab. As it turns out I'm good at managing remodels and I'm good with contractors. Former banker with MBA concentration in real estate finance.
