Ten years ago I read a book called "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and this started my career in real estate investment. At the time I was working a 9-5 job, climbing the corporate ladder made me nauseous, and I thought there had to be a better way to investing in my future than the standard 401k approach. I now own my own real estate brokerage in New York and have helped countless clients buy, rent, sell, and lease their properties. This is my ideal job and I love it.
