More about me: I enjoyed my time as an Officer in the Army, but I quickly realized it wasn't in the long-term Family plans and I needed an avenue to a better quality of life. While sitting in a truck at the National Training Center, I began to read a book called "rich dad poor dad". It changed everything. The day I returned home I had an agent locked in and a plan to invest in real estate to build up enough cash flow to smoothly exit the Military. 4 years later, I made it out of the rat race and am loving every second of it. My next level is transitioning from small multifamily into apartment buildings (6-25 units) in the Colorado Springs area.
