Real estate investor, Marine Corps veteran, police detective, husband, and father focused on building long-term wealth through real estate. I currently own and operate rental properties in Mississippi and Ohio through my company, JRW & T LLC. My primary focus is acquiring cash-flowing assets in strong markets while creating scalable systems that support long-term portfolio growth. My long-term goal is to transition from single-family rentals into larger multifamily and commercial investments, including net lease and value-add opportunities.
