Software engineer and real estate investor in the Boston area. My wife and I own two 3-unit brick multifamily buildings in Dorchester, MA. I handle the deal analysis, underwriting, entity structure, and financial modeling side of things. She handles day-to-day property management. Currently evaluating deals for our next acquisition (likely Worcester, MA area). I also build real estate software on the side because I got frustrated with the tools available to small-portfolio landlords. Happy to talk deal math, market selection, entity structuring, and the numbers side of multifamily investing.
