About myself
Been following BP off and on for a couple of years now, since I got interested in real estate. After sitting on the sidelines for many years, I finally jumped into RE around 2013 and started doing fix and flips. Did about 5 before I realized that while that helps with short term cash, the real RE game is buy and hold. So I am now beginning to immerse myself into rentals. It is slow going though since the Bay Area market is so crazy expensive.
