I have 14 years in on-site multi family property management experience. I am currently an Assist. Property Manager and overseeing a brand new 288 unit lease up project in Kissimmee, FL. My company, Elevate REI, LLC, a real estate investment company, focuses on acquiring multifamily assets of 20-150 units in and around Central Florida. We also look at mobile home parks, self-storage facilities. We are open to partnering with other like-minded investors in our markets of Orlando and Tampa/St. Pete.
