Profile update: The last time I was on here was 2016 and life has changed in the course of 5 years. I am much much closer to having the necessary funds to invest. This year is about saving money and raising my credit score. I'm also a licensed and bonded Notary Signing Agent. I love what I do and I'm good at it!
