Hey! My name is Joe, I'm from Chicago, and I've spent the last half-decade working in the construction industry as a project manager, overseeing various projects in commercial, industrial, residential, and special-purpose. Recently, I joined Quality Builders, a local Chicago general contractor for real estate investors focused on bringing technology and transparency to the construction industry. Apart from work, I enjoy exploring my interests in health, sports, technology, and real estate (particularly in multifamily, self-storage, and short-term rentals). I also love stepping out of my comfort zone and trying new things, whether it's traveling to new places or learning something new through self-development and reading.
