Jacob Blackett

Hi, I began my real estate career in 2010 as a sophomore at the University of Nevada, Reno, when I bought and sold my first two residential “fix and flip” properties in Southern California. Since I made the move to the Midwest in 2012, I have deployed over $50 million into income producing real estate. I founded Holdfolio, a real estate investing platform, on the basis of creating partnerships to profit from income producing real estate. Holdfolio currently owns and manages 1,221 units across the midwest and southeast United States. I also founded SyndicationPro, a real estate software company that gives sponsors a fully integrated platform to raise capital and manage their investors online. Outside of business, Jacob enjoys staying active, volunteering as a Big Brother, and education as a hobby.
