I was a full time investor doing rehabs from 2004-2007. I got out after the market collapsed. I'm just getting back in now as a wholesaler, so that I can get back into doing what I have a real passion for, which is anything associated with Real Estate. I also had a VA Real Estate license from 2005-2008. Experience: Rehabs, wholesaling, subject to, lease options, short sales and foreclosures.
