I was a painting and remodeling contractor that initially fell into remodeling about 25 years ago. The first house we bought had termites. Being self-employed, we had to put 20% down and had no money for the repairs. We finished off a shed that was in the yard, moved into it, gutted the house, and spent a year rebuilding it- all while living in the 12x20 shed with no bathroom. Along the way, we learned a ton and I really found I enjoyed the renovating and the remodeling side of things. Since then, I have bought and sold a bunch of rentals, kept some, wholesaled properties, and done a bunch of flips. My main business is the land business . I buy and sell recreational land as well as entitle land into subdivisions and commercial developments I am always on the hunt for new land opportunities.
