About myself
I have been in the real estate business for 20 years. I started out as a commercial real estate broker focusing on acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial properties. In 2009 as that market slowed down, I used my existing investor relationships to invest into distressed residential properties. Since then I have flipped over 200 properties worth in excess of $100M.
