I work full time for a corporation and we recently (May 2018) purchased our first 16-unit apartment building in central Iowa and quickly added a 24-unit apartment building in Wichita. We are looking to strategically add additional apartment buildings in the future. Strategy is buy and hold with an interest in developing great relationships locally and across the country in the multi family space.
