Previously worked for a nationally prominent Multi-Family Developer in the finance/accounting space. I am currently a financial advisor with the CPA and CFP credential. I prefer to work with self-made individuals that understand the power of real estate as a wealth generating tool. I recently finished my house hacking experience which went incredibly well. I was able to cash out my entire investment, fund the purchase and rehab of my next property, and still cash-flow over $1k/month. Looking to start adding properties using the BRRRR method on the west-side of Cleveland.
