Josh Smith

Hey, My name is Josh and pictured with me is my Partner Emily Smith. We are young professionals living in Chicago looking to start our journey into Real Estate investing! Our main interest is investing in the Chicagoland area both through househacking and single family investments. Currently, I am working as an exterior contractor (roofing/siding/gutters/windows) that specializes in insurance claims and storm damage and Emily is a residential Interior Designer in downtown Chicago. Yet, we both are looking to grow investments to build financial independence and to have time to do the things we love, like traveling to new counties!
