John Cohen

Jonathan Cohen is the CEO of JC Property Group Inc., a company he formed in early 2013. He has been investing in real estate since 2009, starting by buying tax deeds and tax liens. Since he has formed Toro Real Estate Partners, where we have acquired and sold over 3,500 units and $250 million worth of real estate. Prior to his involvement real estate, John was a licensed (series 7 and 63) stockbroker, but decided that brick and mortar investments were far less speculative than the stock market. John played baseball at Queens College where he graduated with a degree in Economics.
