I'm a real estate broker, investor, and operator based in Columbus, Ohio. Founder of Styer Hospitality Co., a property management company specializing in short-term and mid-term furnished rentals across Central Ohio. We currently manage over 100 furnished properties, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences, accurate financial reporting, and clear communication for property owners. On the brokerage side, I lead Styer Real Estate Professionals, where my focus is on recruiting, mentoring, and developing investor-focused agents.
