Experience: I've been a business lender for over 15 years working with all types of business owners. I'm an experienced SBA lender, commercial real estate, investors and equipment lending. The last five years I have lend to many investor with rental properties both single family and multi units. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to buy five cash flowing rental properties by the end of 2018 and wholesale as many property as I can. Also, to flip one commercial property by 2019.
