Joshua Dwyer

Very new to the idea of investing. I have been in construction for the last twelve years, framing, finish work and landscape early on. Lucky enough to have bought a house at a low point in the area about 5 years ago. Converted the garage into a rental and have been enjoying those benefits very much. Interested in fix and flips as well as buy and hold depending on the deal. Very pleased to have found bigger pockets and have really enjoyed the last few months of education I have received through this site. Thinking about maybe jumping in soon, not quite confident in my deal analysis abilities yet.
